Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

Please note that minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of ceramic products and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement or exchange is not possible
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or via an agreed alternative
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment method

Shipping Responsibility

  • If the issue is due to a fault from our side (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return or replacement shipping
  • If the return is due to customer preference or error, shipping charges may apply

  • Any damage or issue reported after 48 hours may not be accepted
